This stuff is just good on everything. Try it.
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 red onion (I used plain onion here)
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
dash sea salt
splash of water
1. Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, adding more water for a more liquid dressing.
2. Pour over your greens and mix well, preferably with clean hands.
