Not So Blue Blueberry Smoothie

This smoothie is really healthy, as blueberries carry more antioxidant capacities than most other fruits and vegetables. The easy recipe below makes a smoothie that is sweet but fruity, with a lovely lavender color! A great start to your day.

1 banana
two handfuls fresh blueberries
2 strawberries*
1 heaping tsp yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp ground flaxseeds (optional)
*if strawberries are not frozen, throw in one or two ice cubes

1. Liquefy in blender and enjoy!
